Buckwild Saloon, LLC is now hiring energetic, experienced bartenders, servers and cooks. We are a new company located in Fostoria, MI, dedicated to creating a unique and enjoyable experience for our guests. We are seeking bartenders, servers and cooks who want to help us grow, make new guests feel welcome and regulars feel right at home.

Bartender/ Servers

Bartender/ Servers

Bartenders and Servers serve drinks to thirsty customers and uphold our friendly, welcoming atmosphere. Job duties include pouring drinks, assisting customers with questions about menu items, keeping bar areas clean, washing glassware and completing closing tasks. Bartenders and Servers may need to deal with drunk customers from time to time and must possess the ability to diffuse tense situations. Must be willing to trade off positions or complete both jobs on slow nights. Over pouring and giving away free drinks will not be tolerated. Candidates with previous customer service experience, knowledge of alcoholic beverages and cocktails, friendly dispositions, and clean grooming standards are preferred.

Requirements:

  • You must be at least 18 years of age
  • Great attitude toward customers and staff
  • All bartenders must be TAM or ServSafe Alcohol certified or willing to complete course within 30 days
  • Lift and carry up to 30 pounds
  • Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Work days, nights, and/or weekends are required

Cooks

Cooks

Cooks must make guests meals in consistent manners following strict quality and health safety guidelines. Duties include preparing the kitchen and cooking stations, washing dishes, preparing sauces, side dishes, meats in advance, and short orders. We have a small, yet efficient kitchen and includes use of outdoor smoker. Cooks work in fast-paced environments and must coordinate with bartenders and servers in order to get meals out to our hungry customers on time and ready to eat. At the end of the day, cooks must clean cooking stations and take care of leftover food. Experience cooking in other restaurants or education from culinary schools proves valuable and may earn employee's higher pay. ServSafe Handling certification is a huge plus! Must have clean appearance.

  • Must be willing to assist bartender with barback duties on occasion

Dishwasher/ Busser

Dishwasher/ Busser

We are looking for a dedicated, organized dishwasher/ bussers who enjoys working as part of a team in a fast-paced culinary environment. The dishwasher's duties include removing soiled plates and flatware from tables, washing them thoroughly, and resetting tables in preparation for the next party. They may also restock items, unload delivery trucks, take food orders to tables, help prepare cook stations, clean appliances and machines, empty and clean trash receptacles, and other duties, as needed.

Dishwashers/ Bussers should be a committed, communicative team player with excellent time management skills. You should be able to prioritize tasks in a busy setting and adhere to all food safety regulations and procedures.
